About Mediloop

Mediloop is an early-stage case-management product for New Zealand businesses providing independent medical assessments to ACC, insurers, lawyers and employers.

We’re designing around the referral—not a treatment appointment. The goal is to connect consent, medical records, assessment booking, report review and billing in one workflow, with clear ownership at every hand-off.

Our first step is listening to assessment providers. Privacy safeguards and clinical independence are design priorities; planned AI tools will organise and summarise records while the assessor remains responsible for the medical opinion.
